FAQ for over qualified file

Q: Why do you charge additional fee for over qualified file?
A: Standard resolution of our file production system is 4096 pixels x 2731 pixels. The files larger resolution than this will not help the slide quality at all and just take much more time to process the slides. Our system running time has been occupied by these extemly large files and can not process other orders.

Q: Does the file taken my digital camera's is too big?
A: No, file taken by even high end digital camera up to 10 mega pixels is not over qualified. Therefore, as far as your taking picture by digital camera, you do not need warry about the image size.

Q: What image size is good for quality side?
A: Our recommendation is 1200 pixels x 1800 pixels or higher. Realistically, the files more than 2000 pixels x 3000 pixels or 6 mega pixels are just becoming large image and not contributing the slide quality.
